Harrisons Fund

get involved

Whether it’s just you, your company, or your school that wants to get involved with Harrison’s Fund, we’ve got loads of great ways for you to do just that.

Family Ambassadors

We are looking for families to share their story with us. By helping us in this way you could help us to gain publicity and raise awareness of Harrison's Fund's work and Duchenne.

Harrison's Fund's PR team will be there to support you through the process and you will always have control over the charity's use of your story.  If you'd like to support us in this way please email Heather and help more people to understand how Harrison's Fund can help other families like yours.

Fundraising and Events

Fancy running a marathon, cycling or taking part in something completely different? There are loads of events you can take part in on Harrison’s behalf. Simply click on the links in our Fundraising & Events section and chose from a huge selection of events. Alternatively, why not create your own? We’ll do all we can to help.

Corporate Supporters

Help us make Duchenne a thing of the past. Our partners are passionate about helping us to achieving that goal. Find out how your organisation can get involved. From branding to team fundraising, your company is so important to us

Schools/Young People

Schools and organisations for young people can learn more about this awful disease and fundraise to help work towards ensuring that it is eradicated. If you'd like your school to  get involved, please email Luci

Celebrity Ambassadors

Do you know anyone with a high public profile who would be willing to help us publicise and promote our cause and the work we are doing to find a cure for Duchenne? We need all the help we can get so please do get in touch if you know someone who fits the bill!

Volunteering, be a Harrison's Hero

Throughout the year we  have several events and campaigns which simply couldn't happen without volunteers.

If you fancy helping us cheer on our team at a big sporting event such as the Surrey Half Marathon  or the Brighton Marathon in  March and April, we are always looking for 'cheerleaders'!   Email Heather to let her know you can help!

There may be other ways for you to get involved, such as giving your time for a specific project,  or planning you own fundraising event in the community.

No matter how much time you can donate, there are always things you can help us with.
Please get in touch with Heather

We'd love to hear from you!
